Selects PDF/VCR-1 template authoring for a new document and activates strict structural validation before every save

NewMode	`1` selects PDF/VCR-1

Return value

1 when the mode was selected, otherwise 0

Remarks

The mode selects PDF/X-4, enables marked content and writes pdfvcrid:GTS_PDFVCRVersion = PDF/VCR-1 into XMP metadata

Call this method before opening a template or placeholder and before selecting a conflicting PDF/A, PDF/VT or PDF/R workflow

Saving fails with LastErrorCode 608 when the template tree, declared fields, replacement placeholders or marked-content bindings are incomplete or inconsistent
