Runs the in-memory PDF/VCR save gate and returns its first diagnostic message

An empty string when the current document is ready to save as PDF/VCR or PDF/VCR mode is inactive, otherwise the first conformance failure
Remarks
The same validation runs automatically before SaveToFile, SaveToString and SaveToStream; a rejected save sets LastErrorCode 608
