THPDFPage.TextOutWithFallback Method

Writes Unicode text with the current font as the primary face and script-specific fallback chains for missing glyphs

Declaration

Parameters

• X and Y select the text origin in the current measurement unit
• angle selects the baseline rotation in degrees
• Text contains the UTF-16 text to emit

Return value

This procedure does not return a value

Usage notes

• Adjacent scalars resolved to the same face are emitted as one run
• Font style, charset, size, angle, and writing direction are preserved across fallback runs
• Coverage checks use the installed family and selected bold or italic face, rather than the generated PDF font name
• Unresolved scalars are recorded by THotPDF.GetUnresolvedGlyphs
