THPDFPage.TextOutVertical Method

Writes a complete Unicode text run with the current face through an Identity-V composite font

Declaration

procedure TextOutVertical(X, Y: Single; const Text: WideString);

Parameters

• X and Y select the top of the vertical text run
• Text contains the UTF-16 text to emit

Return value

This procedure does not return a value

Usage notes

• The method temporarily enables vertical selection for the current face and restores the previous state
• Registered OpenType vhea, vmtx, and VORG metrics drive emitted /DW2 and /W2 entries
• Configured default metrics cover fonts without usable vertical tables
