A GUI-independent single-font sfnt reader shared by text decoding and Windows embedded glyph rendering

The caller owns the object and supplies a complete sfnt byte array; the array remains referenced by the object, so callers must not mutate its bytes whilst it is in use

Supported CMaps are formats 4, 12, 0 and 6 with the existing Unicode, symbol and Macintosh fallback priority; font collections and variable-font instance metrics are outside this adapter

TryGetMetadata returns the actual sfnt name, bounds, vertical metrics, italic angle, embedding flags and bounded TrueType outline availability through THPDFTrueTypeMetadata
