Description

Fires through OnAnnotClick when the user clicks a non-link annotation, for example a text note, file attachment, square or highlight

Link annotations are reported through OnLinkClick instead

TPDFlibViewerAnnotClick = procedure(Sender: TObject; APage, AnnotIndex: Integer; const Subtype: WideString) of object;

Sender	The viewer on which the click happened
APage	One-based page number holding the annotation
AnnotIndex	One-based annotation index on that page
Subtype	The annotation's /Subtype name, such as Text or FileAttachment
