Description

Fires when a mouse click lands on an annotation that is neither a form field nor a link, such as a Text note, FileAttachment, Square or Highlight markup

AnnotIndex receives the 1-based annotation index on APage and Subtype the annotation /Subtype name; the region under the click can also be resolved through RegionAtClientPoint
