Returns the character baseline angle in radians after applying the selected document origin and scale

Return value
An angle from 0 inclusive to 2π exclusive, or -1 for an invalid handle or index
Remarks
The angle is derived in constant time from geometry retained during extraction
Option 18 rotates character geometry into the normalised extraction space; omit that option to query the original orientation
