Returns an axis-aligned character-cell box in selected-document coordinates

Left and Top receive the minimum numeric coordinates while Right and Bottom receive the maximum numeric coordinates
Return value
1 on success, or 0 with zero outputs for an invalid handle or index
Remarks
The result is derived directly from retained character geometry and remains constant-time for late characters in long runs
