Description

Opens a leaf replacement placeholder for subsequent page drawing operations and binds it to a declared data field

Parameters

FieldName	A field declared by the active BeginPDFVCRTemplate call
Left, Bottom, Right, Top	Finite placeholder bounds in default user space with `Left <= Right` and `Bottom <= Top`

Return value

1 when the placeholder was opened, otherwise 0

Remarks

The method creates a leaf Span structure element with a direct MCID child and /O /GTS_Replacement attributes for /GTS_Generator /PassThrough, /GTS_Data and /GTS_BBox

All page content written before EndPDFVCRPlaceholder is enclosed in a matching marked-content sequence

Placeholders cannot nest and must be direct children of the active template root
