Returns storage statistics for lazy stream bodies created by LoadFromFile

CompressedSpillLogicalBytes, CompressedSpillPhysicalBytes, and CompressedSpillBlockCount report compression effectiveness and current block occupancy
SpillAsyncWriteBatchCount and SpillAsyncWriteBlockCount report background batching
SpillProducerWaitCount and SpillPeakQueuedBytes expose bounded-queue backpressure

The method returns False when the loaded graph has no lazy file-backed streams and still clears every field in Info
