THotPDF.GetLoadedPagePrefetchInfo Method

Returns a lock-consistent snapshot of progress and cancellation telemetry for the most recently scheduled prefetch request

Returns true when a request has been scheduled or remains active, and false before the first request or when no loaded pages were accepted

The returned record remains valid after normal completion, explicit cancellation, or foreground preemption until another request replaces it
The snapshot may be read while the worker is active without holding application-side locks
Cancellation latency excludes no work after the worker joins, but an atomic codec, filter, source-read, or operating-system call can delay its next cooperative checkpoint
