Usage notes

• Cancellation checkpoints run through content tokenization, display-list construction, and renderer playback
• Individual codec, filter, source-read, and operating-system calls are atomic and may delay the next checkpoint
• The call is a no-op when no worker exists and is safe after a request has already completed
• Use GetLoadedPagePrefetchInfo to distinguish explicit cancellation from foreground preemption and to inspect measured cancellation latency
