THotPDF.GetLoadedFontDecoderCacheInfo

Returns storage and reuse telemetry for the current document's loaded-font decoder cache

EntryCount, CurrentBytes, and MaxBytes report retained entries and the estimated memory budget
HitCount and MissCount report cache lookups
ParseCount reports decoder builds, including failed builds and successful builds that cannot be retained under the current budget
EvictionCount reports least recently used entries removed to satisfy a reduced or full budget
InvalidationCount reports document, graph, page, or CMap configuration changes that cleared retained decoders

The method clears Info before reading the cache and returns True when cache telemetry is available
