Returns storage and reuse diagnostics for the string pool associated with the current PDF load

Lifetime and matching
The pool is cleared at the start of each load, matches values by exact case-sensitive bytes, and never shares entries between THotPDF instances
Pooled AnsiString values use normal reference counting and copy-on-write behavior, so later assignment or mutation does not alter another PDF object
