Returns allocation and reuse diagnostics for short-lived parser storage used by the most recent PDF load

Return value

Returns True while the parser arena is available, including before the first load when all traffic counters are zero

Statistics

BlockSize, RetainedBlockCount, and RetainedBytes describe storage retained by the THotPDF instance for reuse
PeakUsedBytes, AllocationCount, and BytesRequested describe scratch demand during the most recent load
BlockAllocationCount counts newly allocated blocks, while ReusedAllocationCount counts allocations served from retained storage
ResetCount identifies a completed load-session reset, TokenCount counts arena-backed tokens, and TemporaryObjectElisionCount counts dictionary-key name objects avoided by direct parsing

Lifetime

The arena stores only transient parser bytes; returned PDF objects, dictionary names, stream data, and other persistent values own their storage independently
