FilterName is matched case-insensitively without a leading slash, Index addresses the stable current registry order, and Statistics receives a consistent snapshot
Return value
Unregister returns whether a name existed, count returns the current number of registrations, name returns the normalized name, and statistics returns whether registrations or attempts exist
Usage notes
- An invalid name index raises
EArgumentOutOfRangeException - Removed interfaces are released after the registry lock is dropped
- Clearing registrations does not reset telemetry
- Resetting telemetry does not clear registrations
