Parameters

The attempt counters separate push and pull modes, byte counters aggregate observed input and produced isolated output, and the final fields preserve the latest result context

Return value

GetCustomStreamFilterStatistics returns False only when the registry is empty and no attempt has been recorded since reset

Usage notes

• Cancellation and seek failures also contribute to FailureCount
• RegisteredFilterCount is sampled when statistics are requested
• ResetCustomStreamFilterStatistics clears counters and latest diagnostics without changing registrations
