Value	Purpose
`tskNone`	No timestamp token applies to the signature info
`tskSignature`	An RFC 3161 token carried as a signature-timestamp attribute over the signature value
`tskDocument`	A document timestamp carried by its own ETSI.RFC3161 signature dictionary

The kind is stored in THPDFTimestampInfo.Kind when the CMS parser accepts the timestamp token
Signature timestamps hash the signature value, while document timestamps are primary signatures whose token is the whole CMS object
Batch validation reuses cached verdicts for signature timestamp tokens only; document timestamps are always re-verified because their token is the primary signature
