Creates an ETSI.RFC3161 document timestamp signature field on the current page for PAdES timestamp workflows

After inserting the timestamp token, VerifyLoadedSignature validates the token signature and binds its message imprint to the field's PDF /ByteRange

GetLoadedSignatureInfo exposes the timestamp policy, hash, message imprint, serial number, generation time, accuracy, nonce, TSA identity, and token-signer certificate metadata

THotPDF.RenewPAdESLTATimestamp appends a new invisible ETSI.RFC3161 timestamp field as an incremental revision, computes the SHA-256 imprint, calls the supplied TSA callback, validates the returned imprint, and inserts the token transactionally

The source bytes and every earlier timestamp, signature, DSS entry, and signed revision remain byte-for-byte unchanged, so the method can be called repeatedly to extend PAdES-LTA evidence
