Exports admitted annotations from the current loaded graph as binary FDF, including their appearance resources and shared indirect identities

The overload with AnnotationCount reports the number of exported annotations; subtypes excluded from standard FDF Annots are omitted

Requires extraction permission and applies THPDFFDFOptions to graph construction, source stream reads, action-context planning and encoded output

The loaded document remains unchanged, including when export is cancelled or fails before returning its bytes
