Reports byte counts, EOD terminator detection, and odd-nibble padding collected while decoding an ASCIIHex stream

HPDFTypes

Field	Purpose
`InputBytes`	Count of hex-encoded input bytes consumed by the decoder
`OutputBytes`	Count of decoded bytes written to the output stream
`TerminatorFound`	True when the `>` EOD character closed the data; with `RequireTerminator` the decoder raises an error when it is missing
`OddNibblePadded`	True when the data ended mid-byte and the final nibble was zero-padded under `ahonPadLowZero`; the `ahonReject` policy raises instead

Passed as the Info out parameter of HPDFASCIIHexDecodeStream
The decoder zeroes the record before decoding, so all counters start from a known state
OddNibblePadded only becomes True when the odd-nibble policy allowed padding and the payload had an odd digit count
