HPDFBuildHeadlessRichTextFamilyLayoutAppearanceWithWorkspace function
function HPDFBuildHeadlessRichTextFamilyLayoutAppearanceWithWorkspace(
const Runs: THPDFHeadlessRichTextRuns;
const Families: THPDFHeadlessRichTextFontFamilies;
FirstObjectNumber, MaximumObjects: Integer;
const Options: THPDFHeadlessTextAppearanceOptions;
Workspace: THPDFWorkspaceAdmission): THPDFHeadlessTextAppearance;
Declared in HPDFHeadlessAppearance; builds a rich-text fragment whose paint bounds preserve visible glyph overflow inside structured layout
Text and geometry
Supply explicit fonts for the requested rich-text families and styles, finite valid appearance dimensions, a positive first object number and enough consecutive object identities
Options.Rotation must be zero; the outer Widget appearance applies its requested quarter-turn rotation
The fragment derives horizontal paint bounds from source glyph geometry while retaining its logical text width, text height, first baseline and glyph mapping
Existing rich-text appearance builders keep their original layout BBox and Widget mapping behavior
Ownership and limits
The caller owns the returned appearance and must free it; input runs, font bytes, workspace and cancellation token remain caller-owned
With a workspace, temporary work and retained generated objects share the same admission account; an admission failure frees the prepared result
Passing a nil workspace retains the finite appearance-option limits and cancellation behavior
Invalid options, missing or rejected fonts, unsupported text, object limits, cancellation and workspace rejection propagate through the existing appearance error paths
