Queries the original font bytes for a bounded CFF 1 table inside an OpenType OTTO container

Returns the table offset and byte count when its container, declared extent, major version, header size and INDEX offset size are valid; otherwise returns False and sets both outputs to zero

This capability query does not validate every CFF dictionary, charset, glyph program or font embedding permission; the appearance builder performs additional checks before producing output

The offsets refer to the original byte sequence supplied to the font constructor, and no ownership or raw pointer is transferred

TrueType glyf/loca fonts and CFF2 fonts return False
