Usage notes
- Supply it to
THotPDF.PlaceLayoutElement, which works out the actual draw rectangle from the element's measurement and reports any overflow separately - Once layout diagnostics are enabled, placed rectangles are tracked in these terms and compared pairwise for overlap detection
- The diagnostics carry the same X, Y, Width and Height values inline, so overlays, tracking and reports share one geometry
