A bounded, ordered array of THPDFArchivalLoss entries describing the deliberate changes made during a preservation conversion

THPDFArchivalLosses = array of THPDFArchivalLoss;

The array comes back in THPDFArchivalPreservationReport.Losses; its size is capped by THPDFArchivalPreservationOptions.MaxLossEntries

Going past the limit rejects publication with a budget failure rather than silently dropping loss entries

On failure, the array may hold decisions taken in the disposable working clone before the failure; the source document and an existing output file keep their original content
