Returns the raw line-break class of a single code point through the existing HPDFDoc API

Delphi 2009 and later and supported FPC targets use the complete checked-in Unicode 17 Line_Break table and map its public classes explicitly onto the document enum without changing the established document enum ordinals

U+2010 returns lbcHH, a new member appended after lbcVI; invalid values above $10FFFF raise EArgumentException on these targets

Earlier Delphi targets keep their existing compatibility classifier and do not provide the complete Unicode 17 property contract

The result is raw; HPDFComputeLineBreaks applies default resolution and contextual rules before a tailoring callback is invoked
