Queries the checked-in Unicode 17.0.0 Line_Break property for a single code point with a bounded binary search and no segmentation library

The default False returns the raw published property, including HH for U+2010, SA for Thai marks and SG for surrogate code points

ResolveDefault=True applies UAX #14 rule LB1: AI, SG and XX become AL, CJ becomes NS, and SA becomes CM for General_Category Mn or Mc and AL otherwise

This single-code-point query does not apply surrounding-text rules such as combining-base inheritance; use HPDFUnicodeLineBreaks to calculate the actual boundaries

Values greater than $10FFFF raise EArgumentException; property queries can describe surrogate code points, whilst boundary functions reject unpaired UTF-16 surrogates

Available in HPDFUnicodeTextBoundary on Delphi 2009 and later and supported FPC targets
