The bounded XFDF writer and native annotation snapshot raise this exception when a byte, annotation, traversal or working-storage limit stops an operation from completing

Export bytes are assigned only once the complete XML has been generated; an exception never returns a partial XFDF document

Native annotation imports can also report document capacity errors through EHPDFHeadlessDocumentError, and cancellation uses the cancellation token's usual exception

For the versioned Linux C ABI, XFDF capacity failures map to HPDF_STATUS_BUDGET_EXCEEDED
