傳回作用中編輯之正規化選取範圍開始處以零為基底的 UTF-16 索引 起始索引是

SelectionAnchor 與 SelectionCaret 中較小者，因此反向與正向選取會回報相同的起點 選取範圍編輯會將此索引與

SelectionLength 結合，以計算被取代的文字範圍
