Description

Action that rotates the view a quarter turn clockwise

The constructor presets Caption to Rotate Clockwise and Hint to Rotate view 90 degrees clockwise; executing calls RotateClockwise90 on the assigned viewer, which advances ViewRotation by 90 degrees
