Description

Tool-mode action that selects the highlight tool

The constructor presets Caption to Highlight and Hint to Highlight a region; executing assigns vmHighlight to the viewer's ViewerMode, and Checked reflects whether that mode is active

In highlight mode a dragged band becomes a persistent translucent highlight region, the same kind AddHighlightRegion creates
