Description
Base class of the tool-mode actions that switch the viewer's mouse tool
Each subclass reports the TPDFlibViewerMode it represents through the abstract Mode method; executing assigns that mode to the viewer's ViewerMode, and DoUpdate keeps Checked in sync with the mode currently in use
Subclasses cover the select, hand, marquee zoom, snapshot and highlight tools
