Description
Enables or disables the display-list cache so a page's content stream is parsed once and replayed at any scale without re-tokenizing
When enabled, the first render of each content stream records its operators and operands in user space; later renders replay the recording with the page-to-device matrix rebuilt for the new DPI. Form XObjects and Type 3 glyph procedures cache one list each, so the recursion pays the parse cost only once too

Remarks
Inspect effectiveness with GetDisplayListCacheInfo and discard the recordings with ClearDisplayListCache
Caching is off by default; the immediate-parse path used by all existing rendering is unchanged until you opt in
