Info	Receives `enabled`, `entries`, `hits`, `misses`, `bytes`, `maxEntries`, `maxBytes`, `replayCost`, `evictions`, `bypasses`, `rejectedCaptures` and `buildContentions` fields

bytes is a conservative estimate of retained records, dynamic arrays and string payloads

replayCost estimates the token and operand parsing work avoided by rebuilding all retained lists

buildContentions counts lookups that parsed privately because another renderer was still building the same source, preventing partial-list replay
