Content Streams and Optional Content Groups
Description
The trailing A denotes the ANSI (char) DLL entry point; the ActiveX/COM surface exposes only the Unicode form. Behaviour is identical to NewOptionalContentGroup and string arguments are interpreted using the current SetAnsiMode code page
Creates a new optional content group. The group name will appear in the Layers tab in Acrobat 6 or later.
