Returns the same diagnostics report as GetLastSVGExportDiagnostics through the DLL narrow-string convention

Return values

Returns the instance-owned JSON pointer describing the most recent SVG export on this instance

Remarks

The A variant always returns UTF-8; the pointer remains valid until the next string-returning call on the same instance
