Description

Returns the modification date of an annotation exactly as stored in the /M entry of the annotation dictionary

The value is passed through verbatim, without parsing or reformatting; it typically uses the PDF date format D:YYYYMMDDHHmmSS with an optional time-zone suffix. An empty string means the annotation carries no /M entry

Parameters

Index	The index of the annotation on the currently selected page. The first annotation has an index of 1

Return values

WideString	The `/M` date string verbatim, for example `D:20260421153000+02'00'`
empty string	The annotation has no `/M` entry

Remarks

Call SelectPage before using this function; it operates on the annotations of the currently selected page
