Description
Returns the creation date stored in the /CreationDate entry of an annotation on the selected page
The value is returned verbatim as a PDF date string, for example D:20260101120000+01'00'; /CreationDate is an optional entry that markup annotations carry, so other annotation types typically yield the empty string
