Description

Computes the MD5 digest of a string and hands it back as a 32-character uppercase hexadecimal string

Syntax

Function UMD5(Const S: AnsiString): AnsiString;

Parameters

SBytes to hash

Return value

The uppercase hexadecimal MD5, for example D41D8CD98F00B204E9800998ECF8427E for the empty string

Remarks

Equivalent to upper-casing MD5Print over MD5String; kept as a single call for checksum-style output
