Description
ANSI DLL variant of ConvertFileToQDF
File names and the password are interpreted using the current SetAnsiMode code page
Syntax

| InputFileName | The PDF file to convert |

| Password | The password for an encrypted input or an empty string |
| OutputFileName | The destination QDF PDF path |
| Options | Zero for default output or PDF_QDF_OMIT_ORIGINAL_OBJECT_IDS |
Return values
| 1 | The QDF file was written |
