Description
Converts a PDF file directly into a human-editable QDF diagnostic PDF
The conversion expands object streams, removes encryption after successful authentication, formats objects for editing, and decodes common Flate content streams

| Password | The password for an encrypted input or an empty string |
| OutputFileName | The destination QDF PDF path, which may be identical to the input path |
| Options | Zero for default output or PDF_QDF_OMIT_ORIGINAL_OBJECT_IDS to omit original object identifier comments |

Remarks
The source bytes are retained before the destination is opened, making identical input and output paths safe
