Returns the executable directory used as the first PDFium DLL search root

Description
GetApplicationPath returns the directory of the running executable as used by the PDFium DLL search policy
Use it when diagnostics need to show where LoadPDFiumDll starts searching
Remarks
- The returned path includes a trailing path delimiter
- This helper does not check whether any PDFium DLL is present
