FindDllInDllsTree - PDFium Delphi Component

Ищет в папках DLLs\Win32 или DLLs\Win64 ниже начального пути

FindDllInDllsTree walks upward from StartPath and probes DLLs\SubDir folders for the requested PDFium DLL

It supports application layouts where executables live below the repository or installer output tree

The search stops after the root path is reached or after the bounded parent walk completes
Returns an empty string when no matching DLL is found
