Appends a cubic Bezier curve from the current point through control points (X1,Y1) and (X2,Y2) to (X3,Y3).
Compose rounded corners and arbitrary curves; matches PDF "c" operator semantics.
All edits to the current page are buffered in PDFium's in-memory representation. Call UpdatePage to refresh the rendering cache and SaveToFile to persist the changes.
