OnDragOver exposes the standard VCL/LCL event on TPdfView. The Syntax section mirrors Lib\PDFium.pas; declarations without an explicit event type inherit their type from the base control.

Handle this event when the host application needs to react to viewer interaction. For PDF-specific link navigation, prefer OnAnnotationLinkClick and OnWebLinkClick.

• Assign the handler in the Object Inspector or at run time.
• Keep handlers short; queue long work outside the UI input path.
• Platform availability follows the target VCL/LCL framework and widget set.

Assign a compatible framework event handler and keep PDF-specific link handling in the dedicated link events.
