ValidatePdfUa2FormulaSemantics function

Validates Formula fallback text, MathML containment, and associated-file relationships in a PDF/UA-2 structure tree

ValidatePdfUa2FormulaSemantics checks that every Formula element provides a fallback for assistive technology through AlternateText, ActualText, or an associated file, otherwise pvuaiFormulaSemanticInvalid is reported

An element in the MathML namespace must be nested inside a Formula element or inside another MathML-namespaced element, otherwise pvuaiFormulaSemanticInvalid is reported

Any element with an associated file must carry a non-empty AssociatedFileDescription and one of the seven standard relationships (Source, Data, Alternative, Supplement, EncryptedPayload, FormData, or Schema), otherwise pvuaiAssociatedFileSemanticInvalid is reported

• MathML namespaces are resolved with ClassifyPdfUaNamespace from the NamespaceUri recorded on each element
• ValidatePdfUa2AssociatedFileSemantics applies the extended ownership, reading-order, and discoverability checks to the same associated-file flags
• ValidatePdfUa2StructureElements merges this rule family into the full PDF/UA-2 structure check
