Undoes SetDeterministicTime and lets PDFium read the real clock again
Like its counterpart it is a class method affecting the whole process, so a test or a build step that fixed the clock should restore it in a finally block rather than leaving every later document stamped with a frozen date
Calling it when no deterministic time was set is harmless
