Controls when document and page lifecycle actions run

Syntax

property LifecycleActionPolicy: TPdfLifecycleActionPolicy read FLifecycleActionPolicy write FLifecycleActionPolicy default lapAutomatic;

Description

LifecycleActionPolicy selects how the component treats document and page lifecycle actions: lapDisabled never runs them, lapManual leaves execution to the host through ExecuteDocumentLifecycleAction and ExecutePageLifecycleAction, and lapAutomatic runs them at the matching load, save, print, and page-open moments

The default is lapAutomatic

Remarks

Hosts that must audit scripts before execution typically switch to lapManual
The policy applies to both document-level and page-level actions uniformly
