GetXfaPacketContent method

Returns the raw bytes of the XFA packet at the given zero-based index (UTF-8 XML for the well-known packets like template and datasets)

• Returns nil (empty array) on error or when the packet reader is unavailable
• The returned bytes are the unprocessed XDP packet content; decode as UTF-8 XML for the standard packets
• Use GetXfaPacketByName when you want a specific packet by name rather than by index
